O Relatório de Planejamento de Transformação Digital de 2020 da Flexera revelou que 54% das organizações consideram a transformação digital como sua principal prioridade, pois os projetos digitais representam uma porcentagem maior da receita geral de uma empresa ano após ano.
As iniciativas de transformação digital devem gerar mais receita, pois os canais digitais são capazes de capturar maiores volumes de negócios. O estudo da Flexera descobriu que, para apoiar a transformação digital, as organizações também priorizavam as migrações para a nuvem, com a tecnologia da nuvem atuando como um facilitador.

Quais são os facilitadores da transformação digital?
A transformação digital se baseia na profunda transformação das atividades organizacionais, para alavancar oportunidades tecnológicas. Mais quais são essas tecnologias?
A nuvem, conforme mostramos, é sem dúvidas parte fundamental, mas o desenvolvimento de novas competências também gira em torno da capacidade de ser mais ágil, inovador, centrado no cliente e eficiente.
Na prática, a otimização da experiência do cliente de ponta a ponta, flexibilidade operacional e inovação são os principais motivadores e objetivos da transformação digital, juntamente com o desenvolvimento de novas fontes de receita e ecossistemas de valor alimentados por informações (pense em Big Data e análise de dados, por exemplo).
No entanto, antes de chegar lá, é fundamental resolver desafios internos também, como, sistemas legados e desconexões de processos, por exemplo.
Para atender a essas mudanças nas expectativas dos clientes, portanto, muitas empresas estão fazendo mudanças organizacionais radicais. Assim:
- Requalificando funcionários;

A pergunta-chave que direciona todos os esforços de transformação digital de uma empresa é:

Considere, por exemplo, o processo de atendimento de um sinistro de uma empresa de seguros para carros, que normalmente leva de 7 a 14 dias úteis e exige muita entrada de dados manual e documentos em papel.
Graças aos algoritmos e aplicativos móveis, as seguradoras podem agilizar o atendimento e a finalização dos processos de sinistro. Algumas empresas permitem que seus clientes tirem uma foto do veículo danificado por meio de seu smartphone e enviem por um aplicativo para um oficial de sinistros revisar.
Diante desse cenário, tornar clara a responsabilidade — “quem é responsável pelo quê” — é extremamente importante no início, mas você, como os gestor ou líder de negócio, pode seguir várias outras etapas para conquistar o tipo de mudança que deseja, como:

- Adotar o design adaptativo: os dias de requisitos de investimento iniciais e KPIs rígidos acabaram. O design adaptável permite que as empresas busquem ajustes mensais ou mesmo semanais na estratégia de transformação;
- Priorizar uma execução ágil: incentive a tomada de riscos. Assim, permitindo que todos os funcionários tomem decisões, proponham ideias e aprendam;
- Seja disruptivo: a transformação digital bem-sucedida requer mudanças proativas, em vez de reagir a pressões competitivas ou remediar problemas.
A transformação digital pode parecer confusa e complexa no início. No entanto, quando executada corretamente, permite que a empresa ganhe competitividade e colha frutos em forma de benefícios financeiros no futuro.
